If shipping outside of Canada you are responsible for all import duties and taxes that are enforced in your country. We do not include duty charges into our prices.

If shipping across Canada you are taxed your specific provincial tax and not the standard 13% Ontario HST.

All packages require a signature upon delivery, all orders are trackable using the Canada Post app. 

Allow up to two business days from the time of your order for it to be shipped out. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Free In Store Pickup (884 Queen St. W) - Once order is packaged you will be emailed once the order is ready for pick up. Electronic receipt, ID and original card used for purchase are required for pickup. You will be asked to show original method of payment. Failure to show original method of payment will result in your order not being released. If method of payment is PayPal, a piece of ID and electronic receipt are required.
